Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have one more woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
