A man called the agency wanting to find out more details concerning the man his estranged wife is living with. He wanted to know far more about him as he was living at the matrimonial home with his wife and child. He was concerned about his child and also his estranged wife kept asking for a lot more and more money for herself and his child.
He told us that his wife had been the one who had an affair and he moved out as he was not in a position to look soon after their child. From our investigation we found that the Target was not registered in the estranged wife’s address he was registered at an empty property that he owned. He was divorced and had three children. He had a full time job and was really properly paid for it. Even so he was receiving post at our clients estranged wife’s house and also the Target utilised the property to obtain mail. We also carried out surveillance over three sessions of six hours and obtained photographic and video evidence of the Target using his own key to acquire entry into the property.
We supplied this evidence in a report to our client and we were able to confirm that the Target was living at the matrimonial address. Our client was able to utilize this information in court and therefore was not necessary to boost the quantity of money he had to give to his wife and child.
